TERMS OF USE

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nexsapience Pte Ltd website, including any subpages, microsites, and online forms that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Nexsapience Pte Ltd (“Nexsapience”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site provides information about Nexsapience, our services, and may include a blog and publications such as news, resources, and insights. The Site may also allow you to submit enquiries, sign up for newsletters, register interest in events, and submit job applications or other materials.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site (in whole or in part) at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.

Intellectual property and site licence

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all content and materials on it (including text, articles, graphics, logos, designs, icons, images, videos, audio, and layout) (“Content”) are owned by or licensed to Nexsapience and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and Content for your personal use or internal business evaluation only, provided that you:

  • do not remove proprietary notices; and

Termination

Assignment

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
